Manager Hana at vivo city is amazing!! Service of GOLD standard. I felt I was back home in Japan. Initially wishing to be assisted and advised in fashion coordination like how it’s like in apparel shops in Japan until Hana just walked up to me to offer help without me asking! Never expected this in Singapore, and it was such a pleasant surprise and a huge help!! Her EQ is off the roof. Reads customer’s body language, and offer help despite being in the middle of her job, shifting around the merchandise shelves early at the start of the day. WOW. Just go to Hana if you need professional advice!
Not a fan of the apparel for men, but dropped by for my 5 year old daughter today. Went to trade sizes for a dress that was gifted and came out with an additional rainbow coloured sweater. It's literally a shop within a shop for kids' clothing. Would bring her along the next time and bet she would have a grand time shopping.
II would like to give a very good review for H&M at VivoCity. Yesterday I was lost my AirPods Pro at the shop, and the staff was very friendly and patient to help me look out for the item that I lost. All of them are very helpful. Once again, I want to thank you all for the help! Awesome team!
