Although I am just purchasing a pair of pearl earrings but Yen Ling was extremely patient, helpful and polite throughout the whole purchasing process. She also offered to clean my wedding and engagement rings which both were not purchased from Lee Hwa! Excellent service and really exceeded expectations.
