It was busy as usual but the store managed the fitting room and payment queue very well, didn’t spend a long time to wait for it. Staff are available across the store but you need to engage them first when you need any help. The store does not give you a shopping bag once purchase, it costs 10 cent. Bring you own shopping bag.

One of the best Uniqlo store with excellent service! Staffs from fitting room to assisting and counter are all well-mannered and patience. Applause to the Malay guy assisted us for our queries on 4/1/23 at JEM store and counter chinese lady staff on 5/1/23 at Vivo store for patiently helped to find the correct size for a reserved black ultra-light jacket. Kudos to your services!

Having ordered my items online, I went to the store to pick them up. I also brought my shorts to have the hems fixed. At the store, I discovered that only long pants could be fixed and shorts couldn't. Thankfully, I received amazing service from Tily, who was able to fix my shorts without charging me an additional fee. I am very grateful for this service and will return to the store in the future.
