Putien Kitchener Road

We found this restaurant via the official Michelin site while planning our trip to Singapore. The main restaurant is the kitchener road location. They are not kidding about winning their Michelin star 7 years in a row! We ordered the prawns, fried yam, crab, steamed fish and spinach, everything was delicious and made just right Leon was super helpful and knowledgeable, he helped us order what we wanted to try and we had a really pleasant experience dinning at this restaurant. The best thing about this Michelin restaurant is that you can order things a la cart versus other Michelin Restaurants often requires you to order a set menu of 10 to 20 course. Highly recommended if you are looking for high quality Fujian cuisine.

We wanted to try a Michelin that was more family friendly and settled on Putien. We tried the yam, the hairy crab, seasonal veggies, the 100 second croaker, and grilled prawns. My kids tore thru the prawns, and our favs were definitely the prawns and the croaker - so tender. Very attentive service from Leon and was very patient with our indecisiveness. Loved the food and overall experience.

Had a very good dining experience here, the staff Ah Lian very attentive and the manager Fenny also recommended the well option for two pax, which we felt so comfortable. The eggplant with floss is highly recommended. They constantly make sure the patron having their food without worrisome ;) would come and visit here again.
