Jew Kit Hainanese Chicken Rice

Jew Kit has become our regular Sunday lunch spot! (But long before that, I used to come here with my family.) We are there so much that the servers not only recognise us but they remember each of our orders. Especially the lady server, she’s great!

If cold boiled chicken rice is your thing, this is the place to get your fix. Chicken is tender, juicy, smooth and has melt-in-your mouth collagen goodness to it. Other dishes are well executed as well. Liked the curry fish head, charcoal tofu, fried sweet potato, salted egg bittergourd. Rice is fragrant, without being too oily. The chili also packs a punch and was limey, vinegary enough for me. Mix it with the ginger and black sauce... Ooohlala.

The chicken is very tender and savory. We ordered otah too, full of ingredients. We really like the restaurant decor and their service. Reasonable price with good taste.
