"Acqua e Farina is owned and operated by two Italian chefs, Antonio Manetto, who hails from the sunny South, and Roberto Galbiati, who is a proud native of northern Milan. The restaurant at Rail Mall has a cosy atmosphere and a relaxed setting. They provide homemade pasta and handmade pizza prepared from high-quality Italian ingredients. Their staff is very friendly and takes care of all the customers' needs. Acqua e Farina's Signature dishes include squid ink pasta, seafood linguine, burrata, calamari, red and white pizzas and a great wine list. The restaurant provides happy hour menu options and free wifi options.

2026 Update: In the Acqua E Farina menu, which was created jointly by both chefs to ensure that the best qualities of Italian cuisine and their regional favourites are represented, there are various options for customers. The menu is a beautiful showcase of the highly distinctive cuisine from both the top and the bottom of the boot-shaped Italian Peninsula. Their trattoria also provides delicious desserts, such as chocolate lava cake, panna cotta, and possibly Singapore's best tiramisu."
