Din Tai Fung

It’s a long long wait as with probably all DTF outlets. But the queue system is good and automated. The serving staff have been here for a long time. Very friendly and efficient. Even though I was dining alone, I never felt harried by the staff. The service staff is also very kind and very helpful. When the appetizer that I wanted was sold out, they remembered that I wanted it and came to me when a fresh batch was made. Amazing memory considering that the place was so crowded with patrons. I love their chicken soup, simple and unadulterated chicken stock. So good especially when I was feeling a little under the weather.

Beef in the noodles are tender, egg fried rice is light and fragrant. Xiaolongbao dumplings are fresh and juicy too. It’s your standard din tai fung fare - so do expect longer wait times especially during peak hours.

Great!! Good food and very good service. V nice and friendly staff. The new limited tang bao is very tasty. The soup is pipping hot, sweet and clear. the skin isn't thick too. Wouldn't mind having it again for sure.
