iBREAD Toa Payoh

Located in the heartlands with significant elderly profiled town, it offers a good range of tasty breads and cakes to cater to different customers. Younger customers may go for their hot dog, cheese breads or tarts such as portugese egg tarts or milk tarts. Seniors may go for their usually but heavier tasting curry bread. The outlet has a waffle station as well. Btw, they sell burnt cheese cakes for just $6.50, not overly milky and seems to have a tangy zest in it!

New bakery in the hood, opened for about 2 weeks. 7th store of the chain. Loved the char siew pastry, and others with various fillings (yam, black sesame, lotus seed paste, kaya). Pastry is buttery, and flaky with multiple layers. More work needed for croissant, but at this price point ($1.70). It's pretty good.

The food is tasteful. The service was exceptional – quick, efficient, and incredibly helpful. Thank you for going above and beyond!
