Win Yoga

I have a wonderful experience with Win Yoga on my first trial; now I m a convert to practice with Elias. It's a small group home studio with Elias, she is dedicate and experienced yoga teacher. Her home studio is neat, clean, serene and well equipped. The yoga mats are sanitised before use, love the aroma essence oil at the end of the practice (dead corpse post) and the singing bowl. I m so blessed to have WIN YOGA.

I've recently attended several classes at Win Yoga, and each one has been a great experience. The studio has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and Elias provides clear guidance, tailoring the classes to accommodate everyone's flexibility. This approach makes the sessions easy to follow while still offering a challenge for those looking to push themselves. The emphasis on alignment and hands-on adjustments has really helped me deepen my practice. I've enjoyed every class!

I love the cozy studio's vibe and really enjoyed all the sessions I've attended at Win Yoga. The instructor is very nice and friendly, and her instructions are simple and clear, even for a yoga beginner like me. Thank you, and I hope to enjoy more classes at Win Yoga.
