Union Yoga Ayurveda

I am having a wonderful experience of learning to be a Yoga Instructor in Union Yoga. The instructors there are very knowledgeable and well experienced. Whenever I am learning a difficult pose, I can totally trust and surrender because I know that they are there to help me. They are extremely helpful with my learning experiences. The environment is very cosy that I feel like a second home. Everyone there always greets us with a smile whenever we enter the centre. That makes it very welcoming. They provide great opportunities for the upcoming instructors too. I am truly satisfied with Union Yoga. Thank you.

I have been going to Yoga and Ayurveda Therapy for 10 months now and have had a consistently excellent experience. The studio has wonderful, welcoming energy and the teachers are all very good. The stress of the city gets washed away each time I go. I'm really grateful for a studio that is so committed to yoga as a healing and transformational practise, and not just exercise that makes you look good in yoga pants. I highly recommend the studio to anyone interested in a serious yet accessible yoga practice, yoga therapy, Ayurveda therapy and much more.

Thank master and teacher Bhavana for teach me know how to do kriya and I very very love teacher Bhavana porridge so much. Hope can eat it again. I love the custom of body purification from this kriya. It’s helpful me much when I did it. This also help me know how to take care of my body
