I had a great time in the 200-hour YIC at Union Yoga, attending classes at all three studios: Outram, Kembagan, and Beauty World. The flexible schedule and classes were perfect for balancing with my other commitments. Most of the teachers were really experienced and helpful, providing guidance on how to navigate the YIC program. ST Kiran was particularly experienced and kind, making the training even more enjoyable. I also loved the supportive atmosphere of the classes and the friendships that developed.

Had my first consultation with Dr Satyam, a pleasant and comfortable consultation. He is patience and detailed in his explanation, able to explain medical diagnosis in simple terms which makes it easier for me to understand. He put forth a detailed treatment plan with proper timeline which provided me reassurance that he’s on a journey with me to improve overall health well being.

Dr Satyam had provided a holistic analysis of my neck & shoulder pain that have been bothering me for many years. He patiently explained my problem & the treatment plans. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Felt comfortable during the consultation.
