Despite not having been practicing yoga for many years, I signed up for the Yoga Holiday to Hualien led by Li Ling and returned with having accomplished the mission of putting mindfulness skills to daily practice. The program was well-structured, enough time not just for yoga (x2 daily) but also for quiet time. I really appreciated the pace of yoga and meditation sessions that Li Ling led. Her thoughtfulness and leading the group with such ease and grace made the trip all the more memorable.

My first going for a Yoga Retreat with KPY. It is an awesome mindfulness yoga retreat. Through the encouraging guidance by Li Ling, I got in touch with myself and learnt how to breathe to relax. The entire group was very welcoming and friendly. I could practice at my own pace and build confidence in what I can do. Grateful for my friend Foong Meng who brought me along. Grateful for the friendship with the group.

Joined KPY Holiday to Hualien at Chu Resort and had a fabulous time. Nice resort with great facilities for Yogis. Great planning which balanced good amount of yoga practice, me time, rest time, social time and also some exploration of local sights.
