The Every Studio

Started my yoga journey here with Shirleen and no regrets for sure! The studio is clean, warm and welcoming. I especially love the choice of music and essential oils used. After dealing with chronic pain for years, I was initially apprehensive about taking up a new sport due to scoliosis and slipped disc. Shirleen has always been reassuring, patient and professional. Most importantly, any adjustments are always done mindfully and variations are always provided to cater for all levels. These past few months of practice at TES has helped to improve my strength, balance and mental clarity. Highly recommend attending yoga here.

Have been with The Every Yoga for over two years, and the experience has been fantastic. We have lunch yoga twice a week in our office, and it’s been such a great experience! The classes are the perfect mid-day reset; relaxing yet energizing. The instructors are professional, friendly, and do a wonderful job tailoring to different experience levels.
