Tirisula Yoga

Always enjoyed attending pilates classes at Tirisula kovan. The space is very clean and welcoming. I felt the exercises are suitable for beginners/ people who did not attend pilates classes for a while. Felt improvements whenever I attend the classes.

I love this place! Both for yoga and Pilates. Small classes so the teachers can adjust your posture. You can feel more and more confident and strong. The place is bright with direct light. Teachers are great and knowledgeable.

very cosy, clean and pleasant studio space to practise. Instructors ensure you get a good work out while being in form and aligned. I’ve been practising for the past months and have definitely felt the improvements in my own body!
