Zen’s beginner’s classes are very accessible. She spends a lot of time on alignment, posture awareness and breathing techniques. I feel safe in her class, and I feel myself getting stronger each week.
Simple, fuss free and basic yoga studio. So far attended class conducted by Teacher Zenn and Mindy. Both are great! Shower facilities not open due to covid.
I highly recommend Lady Zen for her yoga class. I joined her beginner and yin Yang classes. Excellence. she is very patience, friendly and approachable.
