Pharmacies in Hougang

I had bought an item (baby wash lightly scented) from Watsons Waterway Point and was glad to know that I can do an exchange at Watsons Hougang Mall. However I didnt have the receipt, only the order history in my Watsons app. The person who helped me at Watsons Hougang Mall was May. She is very helpful and went the extra mile to contact her colleague in Watsons Waterway Point to retrieve my transaction number etc. She also helped to make sure that I exchanged to the correct item (baby wash no fragrance). Thumbs up for her excellent service!

This Watsons is packed full of all kinds of health and beauty products. Also, the employees are helpful if you are looking for something.
At this store, u can easily find a number of different kind of products at a reasonable price.

It is located at the basement of Hougang Mall.It has a pharmacy and it sells not only medical products, also other products.It is quite busy in the evenings , especialy at week ends & Sunday evenings.

Vivianne Sim, the Pharmacist was exceptional helpful. When I asked about 2 different brands of the same product, she introduced me to many others and explained their benefits which led me to find what I really need! Normally Pharmacist not so free to explain so much. Very thankful!

Pharmacist was a good help though they are always out of stock for certain products. May be because they are a small shop outlet and unable to properly stock up. Otherwise, service is good.
