Yoga Sadhana

The instructors are friendly, encouraging, and willing to spend extra time with you to give good suggestions and tips on how to do pose right. Thanks to all the instructors who take care of me during and after the class. The space is clean and cosy. There's a good variety of classes and they keep on introducing new classes, so you won't get bored even doing it every day!

This is a nice yoga studio. Cosy and clean environment, friendly, helpful staffs and dedicated teachers. As one is new to yoga, I am able to practise with ease and have since improved on the flexibility with the help of dedicated teachers here.

Although the building lobby and nearby is super bustling, the yoga place is quite zen and quiet. Counter staff was friendly and helpful. Lesson instructor was helpful and does goes around looking out for the students especially the new comers!
