It’s been 2 months plus we got our puppy and throughout our new journey as pet parents, we found the help from Devlin to be extremely helpful. Even after the sale, he was contactable via WhatsApp and provided useful tips and advice which saved us from making guesses or visiting the vet. The little pamphlet he gave for puppy care was also v helpful as it helped in our puppy’s toilet training and understand the needs.
It was our first time with Lovely Pets and they did a very good job with Bear! He was attached to the groomer and didnt want to leave. Thank you everyone for your excellent service. We highly recommend booking a grooming session with them.

Great first experience for full grooming of our 6 month old puppy in Pawlour. We shared a reference photo and was told whether this was achievable because our puppy's fur is not as thick and had not grown evenly in all areas. It took about 2.5 hours, I received a whatsapp message that our dog is ready with a beautiful photo. They also informed us to get our dog checked for ear infection, which we were so grateful for as we had no clue and had her treated immediately. Thanks Pawlour!

The whole team is really friendly and professional. They know what they are doing, and would also accommodate to your small request if possible (eg. If you want to not cut certain area of your rabbit key features). Have been going there for about 3 times and have been satisfied every single time.
Excellent service and a big thank you especially to Zxen for taking the time to answer all our questions, updating on how our bunny was doing and taking the time to carefully explain how to care for bunnies. It's so nice to see that they genuinely care for the bunnies well-being. Thanks again Zxen and will definitely be back again for grooming and more!
