Abha is a wonderful person and wonderful yoga teacher. She is extremely knowledgeable about the body and about yoga, and is at the same time a very clear leader. In addition, she is quick to develop and adapt a yoga routine so that it best helps the student!

Teacher Abha is extremely experienced and patient. My lower back pain has greatly reduced since practicing yoga from Abha. She is really good at all the posture and make the sequence of the posture easy to remember. Highly recommended for all who interested in practicing yoga !!!

Abha is wonderful teacher. She is my first yoga instructor and I haven't found anyone better then her. She always encourage you push yourself. Her classes provide great learning experience and are always fun.
