Wonderful yoga studio with a clean, minimalist vibe. The space is serene, well-maintained, and perfect for unwinding. The instructors are friendly and attentive, offering classes that cater to all levels. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful place to practice yoga! Definitely enjoying tomorrow's muscle pain, which weight training might not give!
My experience here has been awesome. I enjoyed the Hatha 2 class the most, Fiona really pushed me to my limits (i died for a bit but i'm back now) with a lot of focus on my posture and alignment. My other classes with Joy (who has a really warm personality btw) were also very fun and engaging!
Been attending since they opened this outlet, and still one of favourite yoga studios with reasonable package prices for good quality teaching after attending a number of other studios. Highly recommended!
