My experience here has been awesome. I enjoyed the Hatha 2 class the most, Fiona really pushed me to my limits with a lot of focus on my posture and alignment. My other classes with Joy (who has a really warm personality btw) were also very fun and engaging!
Been attending since they opened this outlet, and still one of favourite yoga studios with reasonable package prices for good quality teaching after attending a number of other studios. Highly recommended!
Studio is clean and environment is great for practising. I really enjoy joy's class!
