Our Yoga Place

I love this space. This is a safe space that focuses a lot on authentic yoga. I especially highlight the humility of the instructors here, all humble and kind to teach every one of us with empathy. Which I find lacking in many studios. The energy here is always positive. Even with mistakes you make or poses you aren’t able to achieve, help is always there, and you can laugh it out at your mistakes with the instructor while mastering it right. OYP is a safe space to learn and grow , not just building your physique but to be a better person.

Booked a trial class after checking the class schedule on their website. I was attracted to the variety of classes offered and the timings. The trial class was good and instructor seems knowledgeable. The environment was warm and welcoming. Shower facilitiy was also clean. Recommended place to practice yoga.

As a person who never tried yoga before, I came here on my friend’s recommendation. If I didn’t try here I would have regretted it. They have good trainers and good and clean space to train. The effort they are taking to understand me and what my body needs to be relaxed,healthy,fit and flexible is very much appreciated.
