Trust Yoga

I started yoga a year ago knowing nothing but I know I needed to be more flexible and agile as I age. The coaches were highly creative to help me stiff body and in PT classes were way better than any chiropractor I can find. Workshops and YTTC deepened my understanding and appreciation of yoga. master Manoj, Master Vicky, Shiou An, Su Anne, Lilian, Evon literally rescued my mind, body and soul.. not forgetting the supportive classmates and deep friendship I have gained.

They have a wide variety of yoga classes! Went for the trial and classes were great! Big class size but instructor still managed to walk around to adjust our poses. Nice~ They have a variation of yoga class types so you can take your pick! I found the different types of classes pretty interesting and fun.

The best yoga experience in Singapore. Spacious, clean, breezy studios, a calming atmosphere, happy students and the most caring, sincere and experienced teachers. I travel to Tampines from Queenstown for class and it is certainly worth the journey.
