Trust Yoga

I have been a Trust member for close to 2 years. The teachers are amazing, providing good guidance to students. I have private trainings with Master Manoj and graduated from Yoga Teacher Training Course conducted by him. Master Manoj is humble, patience and guides his students to their best strength. I like the variety of classes available. I highly recommend Trust Yoga to any aspiring yogis who want to explore the journey of yoga.

Manoj is an amazing teacher. I went on an India yoga retreat with him ! Each one of his classes was so well prepared, despite I have had an hernia surgery 6 weeks before the retreat, each class little by little opened my hips, shoulders, arms, in such a great manner !!! At the 4th day my body felt strong and confident to even do head stand poses !!! Manoj takes care about posture, with a good pace he teaches students to develop confidence and strength having as constant mood gratitude and joy! There’s no way one cannot burst into tears of laugh with his jokes and there’s no way to end the yoga class or to share any space and do not feel anything but a warm and grateful heart.

Thank you teacher Suann for organizing the wonderful yoga retreat. Your guidance and expertise enriched my practice, and I felt stronger physically and mentally. The serene surroundings and camaraderie among participants made it a memorable experience. The delicious and nourishing meals provided by the team were truly appreciated. I returned home with a refreshed mind and a renewed commitment to yoga. Your passion for yoga is infectious, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to learn from you. Looking forward to joining another retreat in the future.
