The perfect place in Singapore for ashtanga practice. A no frills shala that contains basic amenities. Yet provides a clean and conducive environment for ashtangis' daily practice. John and Marta are unpretentious and welcoming. They make everyone feels at home. John's teaching style is one of a kind. He points out what one fails to see, gives one enough space for self exploration but step in at the right moment to provide guidance and assistance. Allowing one to look inward, deepening the practice both in the body and mind. My heart feels full after each practice. I give thanks for being able to practice under the guidance of two experienced and dedicated teachers at this shala.
