"Oogachaga is a community-based, non-profit, and professional organisation. Jason Wee, Steve Wong, Kenneth Lau, and Clarence Singam are the founders of Oogachaga. They have over 25 years of support experience working with Singapore’s LGBTQ+ community. They have a team comprising full-time professionals supported by teams of trained and dedicated volunteers. Oogachaga adopts an LGBTQ-affirming approach in all its work, including counselling and support services. The centre works with individuals, couples and families. They conduct outreach programmes such as support groups, youth programmes, community talks and workshops. Their team specialises in performing professional training. Oogachaga also offers WhatsApp and email counselling.

They offer counselling, psychotherapy training, and consultation to mental health and social services professionals. The Centre is a registered society affiliated with the National Council of Social Service and a Community Chest of Singapore member. They maintain client privacy by ensuring that sessions are confidential. They serve clients of all ages and support them in overcoming their challenges.
