Union Yoga Ayurveda, Outram Park branch

I began the YIC course in January 2023 and successfully completed all practical and theory modules within 3 months + unlimited revision for another 3 months. Thanks to the flexible class schedule offered on weekday evenings and weekend afternoons. From Union, I discovered that yoga extends beyond mere exercise. Master Ganesh and other senior teachers have been wonderful and knowledgeable :D It was a fun 6 months.

I studied Yoga and Ayurveda Therapy Foundations here with the amazing Parnella and it was so much fun and eye-opening. Parnella and the team at Union are very helpful, knowledgeable and warm. Great for anyone who has had an intro to Ayurveda and Yoga but curious to learn how the principals get out into practice for therapy (mind/body/soul) in the clinic setting.

I have started my yoga journey with Union Yoga & I am glad I made the right choice as it is a traditional yoga school. I really appreciate the guidance & encouragment of the teachers & Masters. I will continue to improve myself towards yoga and make the school proud.
