Experienced, professional, caring and patient doctor. Dr Tan takes time to explain condition of my dog in easy to understand layperson terms. We were referred to see him for my old dog's skin and weak legs issues. Best decision! Now my dog has clear skin and is walking like a puppy (almost) again. Consultation is via appointment. Special mention goes to James who is always so helpful and caring towards my pets. Thank you everyone at VET@RV. I would give a 6 star. Highly recommend.

We got to know about this vet through our friends and we have been visiting Dr Tan with our 1st dog, Hershie. Dr Tan is very detailed, attentive and passionate. He gives good advice and has shown great knowledge in his field. A very reliable vet that we rely on for our furkids. He also take time to answer and educate us properly on our questions which we are always grateful for. Thank you, Dr Tan! :)

Staff are loving, caring and professional. Short waiting time, probably because appointments are managed and booked well in advance. I've been bringing my pets to Dr Tan for the last 10 years. Dr Tan is a passionate vet with many postgraduate qualifications. Over the years, I recommended many friends to see Dr Tan for his knowledge, expertise and experience. Many of my friends are impressed and have chosen to continue see him as their family vet.
