My favourite place for running up the steep long slope. Follow by another long flight of steps to the top. From up there can see Marina Bay Sands and some of Singapore CBD skyscrapers on a clear blue day. There is no shelter along the way up along Lor Sesui.
The way up from Bukit batok nature park is closed till 2027. Remember to bring water bottle along as there is no water point or toilet facility up there.
There is no real memorial here, just the site of the former memorial. Car park available. Bathrooms are about a kilometer down the hill, in Bukit Batok Nature Park.
Poignant memorial with views over the array, Bukit Batok Park and back down the hill to the Fire Station and across to Bukit Timah.
