Giant Express

Nice supermarket with friendly staff, especially the counter staff had to face many unreasonable customers each day, they were working very hard. There is only one queue but many customers always like to cut queue by standing at other counters, ignoring the others who were standing behind. Counter staff always get scolded for nothing when they ask those uncooperative customers to queue at the correct area.

Staff are good but most customers are not good. Not very much variety in the milk section. Customers in this area, like to scold cashiers when cashiers ask them politely to put on their mask or to queue. Many drunk customers

Staff are friendly n helpful. Cashiers have to face many unreasonable customers. There are only 2 staffs working at counter and sometimes one cashier. They are still very friendly and patient to answer my enquiry.
