Yang Ming Seafood

Had such a wonderful dining experience at Yang Ming Seafood VivoCity! The atmosphere was amazing — love the Sentosa view, and the interiors really gave off that rustic kelong vibe. They even have private rooms which are perfect for gatherings. Food was excellent. The seafood was super fresh (you can literally see them swimming in the tanks before they cook it). Loved the signature Andrew Lobster with silky chee cheong fun, and the crabs were huge and full of meat. Another big plus: no corkage fee if you bring your own wine ???? — how rare is that in Singapore? They also have a great wine selection if you prefer to choose in-house. Overall, great ambience, great food, and great value. Definitely a place I’d come back to for celebrations or a good seafood feast!

Here for the second time and the food quality is perfect and so delicious!! Everything seasoned to perfection, top notch sauce and flavours and freshness. Highly recommended for strong flavour lovers. Homemade Liang teh is so good too, sugarcane and snow pear.

All the dishes were cooked juz right. The pig stomach texture was juz right, soft n chewy but not rubbery. Broth peppery & fantastic for a cold rainy day.
