This park is one of the few in Singapore with a long and storied history, and it has aged beautifully over the years. The mature trees, some of which have likely stood for decades, create a canopy of lush greenery that’s both tranquil and picturesque. The pathways, lined with these towering trees, reflect the park’s enduring charm and the care taken to preserve its natural beauty. Although located in the far north of Singapore, the journey is well worth it. The park not only offers stunning views overlooking Johor but also provides a peaceful escape that feels like stepping back in time.
Sembawang Park is a peaceful beachside park at the northern end of Singapore. Highlights include Beaulieu House, Sembawang Park Jetty, Secret Beach, Battleship Playground, Gibraltar Crescent Bunker, Malta Crescent Bunker (or what's left of it), and the unusual Cannonball Trees found within the park.
Sembawang Park is a really great place that should be visited! It has a playground, nice exercise corner (watch video), cozy and quiet seats and beach. The beach should be mentioned separately, it's not so clean, but good enough, however there is great infrastructure, including barbecue, showers, changing rooms. Personally I enjoyed this park!
