“Sembawang Park is a 15-hectare expansive open space, making it an ideal spot for picnics, where families can gather for a day of relaxation amidst the soothing sounds of nature. The park's highlights include Beaulieu House, Sembawang Park Jetty, Secret Beach, Battleship Playground, Gibraltar Crescent Bunker, Malta Crescent Bunker, and the unusual Cannonball Trees. There are more than 40 bird species recorded in this area by the Nature Society of Singapore. Historical places of interest, such as the Admiralty House, Kampong Wak Hassan, Sembawang Memorial, Masjid Petempatan Melayu Sembawang, and the Sembawang Shipyard, surround the park. Sembawang Park has many interesting connections to Singapore's historical past. The pathways inside the park are old roads that have recently been repaved with asphalt. Barbecue pits and shelters are located throughout the park and the beach, allowing families and friends to barbecue by the seaside. You can reach the park by the nearest Sembawang MRT station.”
