Visited this clinic as I had a persistent pain on my left foot for over 2 months. Lynn was professional and friendly. The assessment was thorough and she patiently explained what could be causing the pain (felt like a crash course on foot anatomy!), which was reassuring to me that I was in good hands. After doing the stretches, massage techniques and complying with the cautionary do-and-don't, my foot feel so much better. Wished I had visited sooner instead of enduring the pain and wishing for a miracle to happen lol. Grateful for quality service provided by Physio and Sole Clinic.

I'm having a great experience at physio & sole! The staff are all extremely friendly and professional, and makes me feel comfortable and welcome. My physiotherapist Marie is very knowledgeable and thorough, and she has worked with me to come up with a treatment plan that is tailored to my needs. I have already noticed a significant improvement in my mobility and pain levels, and I feel much more confident about my ability to manage my condition. I would highly recommend this physio center to anyone in need of physiotherapy services.

My podiatrist was Lynn! She was very professional and amiable throughout the session. Instantly felt better once my ingrown toenail was removed.
