BMJ Physiotherapy

I had a really good experience at BMJ physiotherapy. In my 4 sessions, I was attended by Senior Physiotherapist Aloysius Chan. I really enjoyed his amicable and approachable personality, which allowed me to understand not just the issues of my injury, but also deficits to my muscles that I was not aware of previously. Through the sessions I had, he helped to verify seriousness of my injury, provided advice and suggestions to my exercise routine, and provided tips to improve my posture. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would strongly recommend BMJ physiotherapists.

Was looking for a Physiotherapy to get my knee back in order due to constant pain especially while running and cycling. Aloysius was a great help in getting my knee back in shape and understood what needs to be done from the start. In case I ever need help again, will come and see you. The clinic itself is well equipped and good communication and very easy handling, they keep you updated on your appointments and fuss free if you need to cancel one of the sessions. Highly recommended.

Had my physio sessions with Dr Sharon, she is knowledgable and experienced. The entire process has been a joy with her expert guidance. Physio is not a one off thing, requires a lot of discipline to exercise and stretch on a regular basis, Dr Sharon has been very encouraging during this time. Road to recovery is looking very positive.
