Heartland Physio

I had visited Heartland Physio for severe neck pain which had been bothering me a few weeks. It was wonderful, insightful and professional experience at Heartland Physio. Ivy showed great patience in understanding the background of the ailment, any associated history of injuries, and daily routine / habits before arriving at possible causes of the pain. She suggested exercises to relieve the pain and reduce the occurance of this pain in the future. It was a good long term strategy and felt re-assuring. She has a very nice and genuine way of explaining the rationale behind the pain and the exercises to counter the pain. I have seen a significant reduction in my neck pain over the course of the 2-3 weeks of following the exercises. Had 2 sessions with Ivy. Thank you very much Ivy :) . Although i hope i don't have to visit you any time soon, but it was a pleasure to interact with you. I would highly recommend Ivy and Heartland Physio for physiotherapy.

Ivy took time to understand the background story in order to find the root cause. It’s my first time seeing a physio and even with Class Pass credit. Had a persistent lower back problem although not severe but I wanted to understand the body anatomy and get advice for improvement on body posture. I’m so pleased that we managed to identify the 70-80% of the problem, according to Ivy but I’m already so happy. After performing some basic stretch I can clearly see the improvement in my movement. She also shown me some additional stretch after the basic. Overall definitely recommend it.

Convenient location, Ivy is very sweet and passionate about her work, and was able to clearly lay out steps for recovery and doable rehab exercises. Thanks.
