Visited Heartland studio at Octagon, my Instructor-massaging lady was Ivy. She is super knowledgeable and able to assist you in a ways not expected. I would say it’s visible that she cares and give a good suggestions. Happy with the visit!.

Wonderful experience and highly recommended. I visited for a tennis elbow pain. The physio treatment done by Ivy was very effective and tailor made for me. The progressive improvement results were visible every week and i got back to my original strength much before my expectations.

I have visited Heartland Physio for my tennis elbow treatment. Physio has done the detailed examination and suggested a few selective strengthening exercises for the wrist in subacute and chronic tennis elbow. After 3 sessions and a couple of months of exercise I am back to tennis now.
