A Plus Physio

Michael was fantastic in my recovery, I had to do surgery on my ankle with 6 weeks in a boot and on crutches. We started two weeks after the surgery and he helped me pace myself and gave me challenging but possible workouts that matched my growing ability. His expertise and experience was apparent in every interaction and I am so glad I got him as my Physio. I am now fully recovered (just ran for 25 minutes yesterday with no pain!) and this would not have happened without his help. An additional shout out to Yani who was always helpful with scheduling and arranging times as my schedule changed. 10/10 would recommend A+ physio strongly. Thank you.

Coming as I did from another physiotherapist post my hip replacement surgery, it was refreshing to see Alph’s straight forward approach. He understood my problem right away and got to work to get me on the path to quick recovery. Worked wonders! The best part was he told me when to stop seeing him, which is unusual for physios wanting to continue treating you. Highly recommended.

Had a leg surgery and was referred to A plus for physio. Felt great improvement just after a few sessions. Alph is friendly and knowledgable, able to advise simple and precise exercises to strengthen targeted muscles. Strongly recommend for a good physiotherapist.
