Dison Lee Service was excellent . My elderly mum visit the white outlet a few times experience difficulties n discomfort regarding her spectacle from own days. He rendered full attention and listen with empathy before he fix her concern. He was always smiling and approachable, helped her whole heartedly. During my past visits at the outlet, I observed he has been always consistent in his service demeanour, professional , caring and polite towards all incoming visitors, tailoring to their needs. The team here are always ready to go the extra mile when it comes to customer service. My kids glasses are always purchased with warranty. The frame of two years old broke, it’s a discon model but Jass went the extra mile to find the spare part and fix it. Kudos! That’s service with a heart.

Came to the shop today to get my spectacles fixed as it was misaligned…was warmly greeted and attended by khatijah…She was knowledgeable and fixed my spectables efficiently.. totally happy with her service.
