I have been buying my specs here since 2021. I also come here for my wife's specs and my kids'. Price is competitive with the all year round buy 1 free 1 promo and the designs they have for us to choose are actually pretty nice. I was served recently by Dave and Elaine and I must say their customer service is great with them being kind, patient and respectful. Most probably will be my go-to specs shop for many more years to come.

Was attended to by Dave at White Sands Mall branch. He was simply outstanding in his service! Utterly professional and posseses immense knowledge in optometry. Recommended to me frame designs that suited me perfectly. Even provided tips on healthy eye care! Would definitely recommend anyone seeking eyewear to consult his expertise. Thank you Dave!

Ray was super helpful and service-oriented! Also very experienced and knowledgeable; one of the screws for my specs came out and he replaced not just the missing one but another one in a jiffy! Took him less than 3 minutes to fix the entire pair to fit me perfectly. Lots of attention to small details and a very efficient worker. Would love to be attended to by him if I ever drop by Lenskart agn :-)
