I would like to commend Miss Chris Wong from SingPost centre branch for her exceptional service during this evening visit. I approached the store to fix the nose bridge on my spectacles, but unfortunately, the required spare parts were not available at the branch. Instead of simply directing me to the Paya Lebar Quarter branch, Miss Wong went above and beyond by personally contacting the branch to check the availability of the parts. She then took the initiative to rush over and retrieve them, ensuring my spectacles were promptly repaired. Her dedication, proactive attitude, and genuine care for customer convenience were truly remarkable. Miss Wong’s efforts turned what could have been an inconvenience into a seamless and pleasant experience. She exemplifies excellent customer service, and I hope her hard work and commitment are recognized.

Joycelyn and her colleagues gave us a warm and friendly experience, offered us professional advice gently without being pushy (which i really appreciate) and were superb in suggesting all the options for lenses and also discounts/promos/mall tie-ups. thank you for making this a very pleasant experience!.

The staff are friendly and accommodating, letting me select from various choices. Had a misalignment and went back to have it fixed... The staff were friendly, prompt and fixed it very quickly... 5 stars!.
