On a Sunday, my son finger was swollen with pus n he was in discomfort and pain. I am thankful we found Anteh dispensery. Dr Kwan saw the finger n carried out a minor incision to remove the pus. He was so gentle n there was no pain at all. Then he did a really generous bandage for my son. Dr kwan did a water proof bandage as he had also considered that the patient will need to come into contact with water everyday. Dr kwan was meticulous n observant n also asked if we wanted to test the pus to see if my boy was resistant to any antibiotics. This is because a few days ago we consulted another clinic, n they just sent us off with antibiotics. But my sin condition got worse so we ended up in anteh. The nurses were also very gentle n helpful. Overall it was a really pleasant experience. Thank you Dr kwan for sharing the information that I may also apply for the chas card. And also for calming our nerves as you explain the incision procedure.

I would to highly thank Nurse HuiMin for her kind tenderness and gentleness and coaxing me during both of my vaccinations as I am terrible with pain management . ???? Thank you for offering gummy bears too lol . The nurses there were overwhelmed but they still stay calm and helpful throughout the entire process. Thank you so much. Appreciate it.

Really a huge improvement from past experiences. Used to be long endless waits without clarity on what to expect next. Now everything is written clearly and explained clearly as to what to do next, what to expect etc. All the staff from nurses to registration to pharmacy to doctors and lab assistants end to end awesome service. So glad to be able to be in and out of the polyclinic within an hour. Have never experienced such great service from a public polyclinic. Really top notch and comparable to the private doctors. All hospitals and clinics should follow that of Geylang Polyclinic for end to end awesome service. Thank you everyone, especially the very patient doctor Dr. Vanessa Seah

I was in a lot of pain when I reached the polyclinic, but the screening staff noticed and brought me a wheelchair and got me to the triage station. The nurses there were very caring and patient. Dr Evan Sim, who attended to me, was one of the best doctors I’ve ever met. Very patient and kindly explained my condition, tests needed etc. Took me less than 30 mins to settle the blood and urine test. It was a really smooth process and I felt assured during the entire visit while I was in pain. Thank you to all staff and Dr Evan, I really appreciated it.

I would like to give my heartfelt thanks to Dr Serene Wu of Geylang Polyclinic for attending to my dental care on 15 September, Thu afternoon. Hope the polyclinic will continue to strive and thrive.

Im a regular clain here, doctor and nurse is good and friendly only need to wait abit longer ,since they have alot of customer, For those people complain the nursing is rude and shout on them because the people waiting is playing phone or deft I think! The nurse call the number and name more than 3 time no one answer end up she shout the name and the person stand up but the hand is non stop on the phone. So think is the nours people or is your self problem

I have phobia of medical check up but still need to get my medical check done. Went to this clinc which was told by my company.My most fear was the blood taking, but the take blood girl was so gentle she told me not to look and she took a few seconds and done. I dont feel much pain at all. Everything done very fast
