This was my first time getting a pair of glasses from here and it was a really pleasant and satisfactory experience. Jean was very patient with me when I went through multiple frame designs. She was also very thorough and meticulous when going through the eye vision check-ups and eye pressure test, which put me at ease as it was my first time doing the eye pressure test. The delivery time was also really fast as I was able to collect my glasses the next day. I would highly recommend them for their excellent service, friendly and knowledgeable staff and wide selection of eye wear.

Staff Jean is super friendly and understand my visual needs. She helped me customised my lens and frame within my budget. The process from testing my eyes to matching the transition colour lens with the frame was very professional. It was an awesome experience in J Glasses.
