Yvonne is very helpful in replacing my lens under warranty and she is super patient. Dennis is also superb to cover Yvonne when she is not around and his frame suggestions base on our face shape is very good. Generally the staff here is very friendly. Will highly recommend this shop.
It was a very positive and informative experience here, where we understood the types of lenses better. All in all, the feeling is a curation of the best glasses, not at all a sales experience. Special mention to the lady with blonde hair for her professionalism.
