The girl and guy salesperson is very friendly and understanding towards my needs. I ordered my contact lens and they haven’t came. However, they gave me spare ones to use first as I told them I need to use it urgently. Have been supporting them since young and their customer service is always very good. Second time here. A very positive experience once again. Although the value of my spectacle package is low, the staff here are very kind and helpful with good attitude and gave good advice. They are out of stock for my required lens prescription power. But, the staff managed to order for me and get everything done within a day. They also helped me repair my old spectacles without charge. Highly recommend.
