Brought my puppy maltipoo for grooming for the 1st time at Pawfessional. Love the groom and staff Vivian approachable behavior. She was also being very patience to explained the puppy tear stain issue. Will bring my puppy back again. Strongly recommended.

I am personally impressed by the father and son duo for the great service and professional care. They are both super keen to share generously their in-depth knowledge and conscious in pairing puppies with potential dog owners through the personal connection and interactions. I am blessed with their many hours talking through with me what to look out for and going to great lengths to flexibly accommodate to my schedule and needs. Now i understand why friends of mine share such great feedback and reviews of Pawfessional.

Bought my Shiro with them..always return to them for grooming cos this is the only place he will smell good after grooming.

I researched thoroughly before bringing my dog Beanie to a groomer, and I was so pleased to find Surrpaws, which had excellent ratings and is located near my house. I’ve brought Beanie to Surrpaws three times now, and Paige’s gentleness and expertise allows Beanie to have comfortable grooming experiences every time. Beanie always comes out of grooming fresh, clean, adorable, and—most importantly to me—not fearful. Thank you, Paige!

Very small shop but well stock with all items needed for pets. Staff at cashier was very patient to explain the difference between 2 treats for my pet, and advised me not to buy first and use what I have at home. I appreciate such honesty instead of just simply to get businesses. Will definitely be back for anything my pet needs.

Excellent customer service from a lady by the name of Wei Wei or so (my memory suck) . As a first time cat owner, we were clueless and she were kind enough to share with us through her experience and gave a handful of good tips. She deserves to be complimented for her excellent customer service. Tip top.

Execellent experience of grooming,i tried many salon before but i like here the best! Both groomer (the girl and the guy)are in good skills and patience.
