Greatly appreciate Ms. Flora's kind assistance in adjusting my newly purchases pair of glasses to the perfect fit and taking the initiative to replace my old glasses' nose pads, cleaning it and tightening of the screws. After-sale service is equally important, if not, more important and not all staff are willing to / can get it right but Flora definitely nailed it!
