Grand optical @Toa Payoh is my fave optical shop for more than 20 over years, even though I no longer stay at TP, I still go back to this shop! Juz bcuz of Miss May, she provides excellent service, advise and always choose a right frame for me and I have a lot of compliments whenever I put on the new spec! Well done , May !.
Always a delight at this outlet. It's a 100% record that whenever we got into this store, there was always a pair which I really liked and bought. Super friendly staff and great collection. Good service too.
Did a new pair of syn3 lens at grand optical toa payoh and was serve by xiao wei and recommended me this new lens. Will be trying out the lens.
I popped into Grand optical Toa Payoh to fix a pair of spectacles not originally purchased from them. They not managed to fix it, but graciously recalibrated my replacement glasses, all without charge. I am so impressed by their level of professionalism-will most certainly return as a regular!. - M
