Their customer service was exceptional from start to finish—professional, friendly, and attentive.

Attended to by Joshua and Rebecca. Went there to get sunnies done. Asked probably a ton of questions and both happily answered them. Got our eyes checked and sunglasses done. With member, theres a 1-for-1 promo going. Apparently, another 50$ off for 350$ payment. They even can deliver it to your doorstep should u need it/ no time to collect it. Quite impressed.

Came here to fix my broken glasses. Natasha was very accommodating and friendly. She got it fixed for less than five minutes and was kind enough to fix it for FREE!! Highly recommend going to here!
