I had went to quite a number of shop to look for anybody could solve my sensitivity nose bridge problem( put on spectacle will feel pain on the nose bridge area). Ben is really good by solving my 95% of this problem(5% is my problem to make adjustments) he is very knowledgeable, passionate, professional and patient to learn more from your problems and provide you the solutions. I went to Benn’s shop to make my first progressive spectacles at the recommendation of my friend. Benn is knowledgeable and provided personalized services. He is also very patient in sharing with me how progressive lens work. When the spectacles were ready, he explained how I should use it and how to get used to wearing the spectacles. He also asked me to go back should I have issues with the spectacles.
