Went down to Concept nailz spa to have my nail done for CNY. I was served by Ms Lam who is very patient and experienced. She did a very good job for my nail art. I was very satisfied with it. She also didn't hardsell me any products or packages. Will go there again if they have promotion.
Highly recommended. Great service. This outlet has really nice and sincere staffs (Chloe, Celeste , Jane and Cindy) and they don’t hard sell unlike your other outlets. I really appreciate this and will definitely come back to this outlet.
Really like the newly renovated place. The chairs comes with a fabulous massage. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They helped me to select and match colors every time I visit. Highly recommended.
