Takagi Ramen Downtown East

Always went to downtown east but never really got the chance to eat here. Had really strong cravings for ramen today so we decided to order and it turns out not bad! I was quite worried as i was afraid the noodles will be too soggy by the time it came, but the seperate packing helps and they did not cook it too soggy too. Loved it!

Food was delicious , the staff Jac was very apologetic since it was quite a busy moment when we are waiting for our food. Definitely make our wait worthy to experience such customer service even though they don’t charge any service fee.

Staff is friendly n patience to guide us with our order as we bought the buddy meal through Q10. Food served fast & hot n it was not salty n we don't feel thirsty after consuming it. We are glad to discover Takagi Ramen is donating 100% of net sales proceeds of Uji Matcha Mochi to Home Nursing Foundation, supporting the under privileged patients.
