ICHIBAN BOSHI REVIEWS
Walked in on a sat at about 5pm and got a table easily. Food variety is extensive, we had to choose very carefully so as not to damage our tummies. Total damage was at about $110. The food was fresh and good. We ordered sashimi, sushi, beef set bento, hot soba. Very good experience as compared to a few years ago. The service at entrance/ counter is so so though. The staff just brings you to the table without asking or saying much eg how to order the food, what the specials are etc, and the staff at the counter during payment does not bother to engage either. I only realised I qualified for some promotion for spending above $100 after leaving the restaurant. The staff waiters are very good though, friendly and helpful.
Food was served very promptly and waiting time for the queue was okay! Food served was in very large portion which is good for the price. The service from Edward was really good. He is very attentive and friendly, an asset to the company.
Delicious! I ordered one of the specialty dishes, which is the pork belly don (if I remember correctly). The pork belly was tender and savoury. The poached egg had a great texture but there was a little less egg yolk than I expected. The dish tasted brilliant overall. For the salmon teriyaki, it was well-cooked and juicy. The ebi was also crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The price is a little steep but it is worth it overall for the quality of the food served.

TAKAGI RAMEN REVIEWS
Very authentic Japanese vibes at this outlet, with nice ramen served! Service is good and prompt. We tried the 18 Levels of Hell special ramen and thoroughly enjoyed the creative and unique experience. For fellow parents, They provide high chairs for little ones.
I frequently visit Ang Mo Kio outlet, I love it there. But when I am here, I feel like this is a significant upgrade, environment nicer, staff is nice, area is more clean as well! Would definitely love to visit here again soon! Price for food is affordable too! $25 for 2 pax.
First thing: very friendly and welcoming staff. Special mention to staff Peggy. Noodles are generous and delicious. A real hit with the crowd!

AJISEN RAMEN REVIEWS
When you have ramen cravings and the nearest neighbourhood only have Ajisen. This is the best place for it. I had the Tontoro ramen set with chicken karage. The tontoro is meat from the pork neck. They are sliced thin and are very tasty with a nice chew. It’s not tough. Goes well with the ramen broth. The broth of Ajisen ramen is also very nice and thick without feeling too “jelak”. Lunch set comes with choice of sides. I had the chicken karage which are served hot and juicy. A perfect combo lunch meal. Recommended to try if you haven’t.
We ordered the set meals, which came with a side of your choice and a glass of tea. Initially when our meals arrived, I thought the portions were small, but it turned out to be adequate, perfectly satisfying and delicious. Our teriyake chicken was tender and lean. The restaurant has a cozy feeling. We went at a quiet time (3pm on a Saturday) which made the restaurant feel spacious and the ambience relaxed. It truly is difficult to fault any established Japanese-style restaurant and Ajisen Ramen is no exception. If you want a satisfying meal, come here!
Nice place to dine in. They upgrade their ordering system to online QR code scanning. Bowls also change to ceramic to ensure food is hot.
