Reviews

It was our first visit to this Indonesian restaurant. We have read good reviews and decided to check it out. The owner was very friendly and service was prompt. It is a set lunch menu and we were each given a choice of main, rice, side and vegetables. Initially, I was concerned as my husband doesn't eat spicy food. It turned out that there are options which suits his palatte. The grilled chicken was tender and flavourful. I had the beef rendang which was tender and not overly spicy. My friends have ordered seafood which were more spicy nonetheless delicious. Overall, all of us enjoyed the food and will definitely be back.

My boyfriend and I passed by this place on a random afternoon about 1.5 years ago when we were looking to eat some food. There was nobody but we decided to walk in and they said they’re open. In hind sight I think they were on a break cuz it was way past lunch time but decided to serve us anyway, even though we only ordered one order from the set menu. The dish came out looking unassuming, but it was SO GOOD. We went back to try other dishes on the menu and they were all SO GOOD (though my personal favorite is the chicken satay). I live abroad so I’m unable to go there regularly, but please help me support this business so I can go every time I go back to Singapore!

Fresh and good food. The crackers are on the soft side. The plate gives a disappointment of the food portion on first look. Taste is good and well-balanced. Portion looks small, but filling.
