From the minute you make the reservation until you leave this place does not disappoint. They can accommodate vegetarian so it was great being able to try some of the items due to dietary restrictions. The cocktails are amazing too and the staff does a good job to recommend and help you pick the right cocktails for the meal. The lamb main course was one of the best I have tried and the lamb is cooked to perfection but the spice rub just takes it up a notch. I highly recommend this place and recommend you make a reservation. It is pricey so if you are looking to not “spend” the money then you are in the wrong place. That being said it is definitely worth the price you pay. Just go in open minded and enjoy the 2.5hr experience.
It was my husband and i's first time dining at Thevar. was so pleasantly surprised by the flavours of each dish! Staff were also so friendly and hospitable. Chef Mano even took the time to explain to us how some of the dishes were made. Overall enjoyed the dining experience and we will definitely be back again!
Really great cooking and flavour balance. I loved that Chef Mano and his team slowly build up the intensity and complexity of spices as the courses go on: starting from clear but structured to more complex and intense. Service and wine pairing were great too.
